These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website divorynth.com (hereinafter, "the Site") operated by Divorynth S.A. (CUIT 30-71842965-3), with legal address at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 8, C1428ARS, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Divorynth is a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between individual investors and real estate development projects in Argentina. The Site provides information about available projects, the crowdlending model, and tools for investment management. The content published on the Site is informational in nature and does not constitute a public offering of securities or financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. User Requirements

To use certain functionalities of the Site, you must be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Argentine law. By registering or submitting information through the Site, you declare that the data provided is truthful, complete, and up to date.

4. Investment Risks

Real estate crowdlending involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: risk of partial or total loss of invested capital; illiquidity risk, as investments may not be easily transferable; risk of delays in project execution; risk of variations in expected returns; and risks associated with fluctuations in the real estate market and the general economic situation. Each investor is responsible for evaluating their own financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before participating in any project.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, and data compilations, is the property of Divorynth S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of the Site's content without prior written authorization from Divorynth S.A. is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Divorynth S.A. does not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors, interruptions, or harmful components. The information published on the Site is provided "as is" and does not constitute any guarantee regarding investment results. Divorynth S.A. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or from investment decisions made based on information published herein.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, and complies with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and its complementary regulations.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute that may arise in connection with the use of the Site or the interpretation of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
